Return and Refund Policy | AMA Fresh Mart
At AMA Fresh Mart, we always aim to deliver fresh and high-quality products to your doorstep. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
- An item is missing from your order.
Because we deal in perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, and dairy items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly after delivery.
2. Reporting a Problem
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by:
- Calling our customer support team, or
- Emailing us at support@amafresh.com with your order ID, item details, and a photo (if applicable).
We review all complaints carefully. Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per our policy.
3. Return Process
- In most cases, you don’t need to send the item back unless requested by our team.
- If a pickup is required, our delivery partner will schedule it at your convenience.
- Please keep the original packaging and invoice ready for verification.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after verification of the reported issue.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can provide your bank details for a direct transfer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some categories cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons, including:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Frozen foods
- Dairy and bakery products
- Opened or partially used items
- Items without original packaging
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge.
- Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of cancellation due to unavailability or delivery failure, we will process a full refund.
7. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved, we will send you a fresh item at no extra cost. In some cases, where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund instead.
